The profound, life enhancing benefits of Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies reach beyond the benefit of individual participants. Increased self-esteem, empowerment, and self-care, lived by program participants extends to their own families, close friendships, and entire communities. Journey to the Heart's team of rescue horses, therapists, and equine professionals provide a framework for individuals to deepen, heal, and nurture all types of relationships.
The fees our participants pay cover only a small portion of the actual cost of sessions. With your generous giving, Journey to the Heart is able to maintain subsidized session fees, provide scholarships to those in need, and provide permanent homes for otherwise unadoptable horses.

Give A One-Time Gift
General Gift ($ Any): Any amount helps and goes directly to the care of the animals!​
Gift A Horse ($ Any): When you have a gift to give, give the gift of life. Make a donation (in any amount) on behalf of a horse-loving friend or family member. You will receive an electronic “gift letter” with a photo of an Journey to the Heart horse, acknowledging your gift on behalf of your recipient.
Remember A Horse ($ Any): To express your sympathy and to acknowledge the loss of a beloved equine friend, make a donation to the rescue in remembrance of the equine.

Donate Goods or Services
Consult with your estate planner and your accountant for ways to bequest a gift through provision in your estate plan, IRA, or pension plan documents. There are other ways of supporting "Journey to the Heart" while achieving tax benefits.
